Consultation (virtual)

Service Description

A consultation can be completed virtually via zoom or over via email by sending the artist a well lit picture of your eyebrows or lips without make-up. Pictures can be sent to drmckenziemade@gmail.com. A zoom link is automatically sent via confirmation email. Please test/download zoom prior to your appointment to ensure timely entrance to your appointment time. Please note if you are more than 5 minutes late to this appointment your appointment will be cancelled. A face to face virtual consultation is REQUIRED for clients with EXISTING permanent makeup NOT done at Made by Dr. Mckenzie.

Cancellation Policy

-----Payment Policy----- Made by Dr. Mckenzie accepts all major credit cards, debit cards and cash. No checks or money orders. All permanent makeup appointments require a NONREFUNDABLE $100.00 booking deposit to book. This booking fee goes toward your total investment and holds your spot on the calendar. -----Cancellation Policy----- While we are ever so grateful for our wonderful clients, timely and efficient service is necessary for us to provide outstanding customer service. If you fail to comply with these policies we are unable to service everyone in a fair and efficient way. Customer satisfaction is our highest priority, and these policies exist to give all clients the absolute best experience possible. We are so thankful for your business and welcome any inquiries about this policy! For all permanent makeup appointments, a 1 WEEK notice is required to reschedule your appointment. We ask that you login to your profile to reschedule your appointment. If it is outside of the 1 week window please call or text 980-447-MADE (6233) to let us know, (voice mail if necessary). Should you fail to reschedule your appointment at least 1 WEEK  before your appointment, you will forfeit your booking deposit. Should you wish to reschedule your appointment at that point, you definitely can! You will have to pay another non-refundable deposit to book a different date.
